Arrival and Departure Procedures
Directions
Exit M11 at Junction 8a (travelling from the south) or Junction 8 (travelling from the north) and follow signs for Stansted Airport. Then follow signs for the Mid Stay car park.
Arrival: Drive up to the entry barrier, where your car registration number will be read and recognised. A ticket will be printed showing your registration number and the barrier will lift. Park your car and transfer to the airport. If you have not entered your vehicle registration, this will prolong check-in. If you have any difficulty getting into the car park, please press the call button for help. It may help if you have your booking confirmation to hand.
Departure: Drive to the exit barrier. Insert the ticket you were given when you came in and the barrier will open.
